    外貿(mào)傳真英語寫作注意事項：上面引用的傳真首頁上方的信頭，并不是所有傳真都要沿用的格式，但這些內(nèi)容給收發(fā)雙方帶來更多的方便。傳真信頭用縮略語：

    Ref.（reference） —信涵參考編號，一般編號往往包括有關(guān)人員的姓名的首字母。

    Our Ref.： —我方編號，即發(fā)信人編號。

    Your Ref.： —貴方編號，即收信人編號。

    Atten.： —收件人CC： —抄送（其他收件人）

    傳真正文中出現(xiàn)了“be+動詞不定式”結(jié)構(gòu)。這種結(jié)構(gòu)用來表示一種按照計劃或安排即將發(fā)生的動作或行為。例如：Our shares are to be issued next month . —我們的股票將于下個月發(fā)行。

    Our company is to be granted a World Bank credit soon. –- 我們公司即將獲得一筆世界銀行貸款。

    這種結(jié)構(gòu)還用來表示：1） 可能發(fā)生的行為。例如：The credit is to be granted when we have enough money.—我們有了一定資金后即可獲得貸款。

    2） 注定要發(fā)生的行為。例如：All supplies are to written in our records. —所有供貨我們都有記錄在案。

    這種結(jié)構(gòu)除了用被動語態(tài)外，也可以用主動語態(tài)。例如：The Board are to meet tomorrow.—董事會將于明天開會。

    當并列句用這種結(jié)構(gòu)時，并列連詞及動詞“be”均可省略。例如：We are a company in the course of privatization，our shares to be issued next month.我方為一家正在向私有化轉(zhuǎn)制的公司，我方股票將于下個月發(fā)行。

    上述例句加上并列連詞和動詞“be”后是這樣的：We are a company in the course of privatization and our shares are to be issued next month. We want to discuss the terms of the contract ，our company to be granted a World Bank credit soon.我們想討論一下合同條款，因我們公司將很快得到一筆世界銀行貸款。

    上句如果補充完整應(yīng)是這樣的：We want to discuss the terms of the contract as our company is to be granted a World Bank credit soon.
