通常大家在寫簡歷的時候，會有一個部分叫“自我評價”。這個部分就是給自己美言的地方了。當然，美言太多、言過其實反而會起到反作用。那么如何簡明、恰到好處的展示自己的長處呢？這次就教大家如何說明自己性格上的優(yōu)點。

陳述重點在于你認為你自身需要改進的地方，無論是工作習慣，還是專業(yè)知識，或是交流能力等等。需要注意的是：任何一個潛在的弱點必須附有至少一條能使之轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐环N潛在能力的積極有效的方法。

例如：
我有時對自己要求過于嚴格。(I tend to drive myself too hard.)
