交易磋商階段（出口商發(fā)送聯(lián)系郵件后）
6 收取出口商希望建立業(yè)務關系的郵件（也可由進口商主動發(fā)送）�；氐竭M口商業(yè)務主頁面，點"郵件"，進入郵件系統(tǒng)，點新郵件名稱，查看郵件內容；
7 回復郵件。點"回復"，填寫內容如下：
收件人：回復狀態(tài)自動填寫
主題：回復狀態(tài)自動填寫，可將其改爲 "Inquiry"
合同號：（此時未建立合同，不需填合同號）
內容欄：
Dear Mr.Minghua Liu，
Thanks for your E-Mail.
With reference to your letter of July 28， 2004， we are glad to learn that you wish to enter into trade relations with us.
At present， we are in the market for CANNED SWEET CORN， and shall be glad to receive your best quotations for this item， with indications of packing， for date of shipment， CIF TORONTO.
